Built-in FTP Server

FE File Explorer includes an FTP server for transferring large numbers of files between your computer and Android device.

Start the Built-in FTP Server

1. Connect your Android device and computer to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open FE File Explorer and find Built-in FTP Server on the app home page.

Connect from a Computer

Use an FTP client such as FileZilla or Cyberduck. Enter the FTP access details shown in FE File Explorer, then select Connect. The FTP port is 2121.

Copy Files to FE File Explorer

Drag folders or files from the computer into a folder in FE File Explorer.
